* Bachelor Degree From Any Discipline
* 7 – 10 Years Experience in Frozen Food Companies
* Having Market Knowledge
* Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
* Possess strong Analytical skills;
* Making Strategy Plans to increase sales and process
* Proved successful record in Good and strong education background, Steady promotion within the organization hierarchical structure, Strong in-depth knowledge coming from Restaurant chain experience, and Project management experience/policy making
* People Management skills: Training programs and Team building
* Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
* Willing to work in the tough environment ( result oriented)
