Keahlian    :

• Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik/mesin
• Mampu mengoperasikan mesin CNC Milling, NC Turning dan Program Fanuc.
• Mampu mengukur part dengan menggunakan Caliper, Micrometer dan Bore gauge.

Requirements :

* Minimum Diploma 3 degree from reputable university with Information Technology background
* Having experience in system monitoring (email, network, virus monitoring)
* Having good knowledge of computer (hardware, software, and operating system)
* Having good knowledge in networking and security (networking, TCP/IP, cabling)
* Experience in application and support such as Lotus Notes, Citrix, MS Office, MS Outlook
* Experience in IT Asset Tracking & Management System
* > 2 years as 1st level IT support experiences with 200 IT users or more
* MS Application to support daily job (MS Excel, Word, PP)
* Willing to work under pressure or (Tough environment).
* Able to speak and write in English


Scope of Job :

* Support company client’s user
* Support desktop system (PC, printer, O/S, application)
* prepare new PC for replacement
* printer setting and troubleshooting
* daily monitoring
* troubleshoot and/or update for latest antivirus pattern
* provide daily summary report and weekly report with detail issue log
